Hey there!

My name is Ingrid. I'm a 22-year old girl who lives in the wonderful flat country known as the Netherlands. I'm a student of English and a teacher in training and I'm currently in my fourth year. Exciting times ya'll!

I think I was about 15 years old when I started getting interested in beauty. There were barely any beautyblogs on the web in those days, so I had to learn everything myself through trial and a lot of errors. Really, if I see pictures of myself when I was a teenager, I shudder in horror. But I thought I looked pretty amazing back then.

Apart from beauty and everything that has to do with it, I'm very much interested in art. I followed an art course for 6 months and it was the best time of my life. I got to be super artsy and create this semi-B-horror-film kinda thing:

But I mostly like things to be pretty and nice and lovely and fluffy and stuff. I'm very much interested in photography and writing too. I tend to write stories and I make things up as I go along. Isn't that fabulous?

I also have a dog. Her name is Sonja and she is a Rottweiler. Don't worry, not a dangerous one. She is probably the biggest wuss around but I love her more than rainbows.
